Delete Your Fan Sphere Account

You can request that your Fan Sphere account and all associated data be deleted at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Email support@thabtech.com from the email address associated with your Fan Sphere account.

• Subject line: Delete My Account
• Body: include your display name or in-app handle so we can confirm your account

We will confirm the request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Within 30 days of a verified request, the following will be permanently deleted:

• Account profile (display name, email, home city, favorite teams)
• Posts, clips, moments, and chat messages you created
• Watch party RSVPs and fan group memberships
• Push notification tokens
• App-interaction analytics tied to your user ID

What May Be Retained

Aggregated analytics that have been anonymized and can no longer be tied back to you may be retained. Records that we are legally required to keep (for example, transactional records of completed subscription purchases for tax and audit purposes) will be retained for the legally required period.

Subscription Cancellation

If you have an active Fan Sphere subscription, it is managed through Google Play. Deleting your Fan Sphere account does not automatically cancel your subscription — you need to cancel it separately:

• Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
• Tap your profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Select Fan Sphere → Cancel subscription
